In addition to any legal provisions or judicial redress procedures, we may immediately and without notice to you terminate these Terms and Conditions or revoke any or all of your rights granted under the Terms and Conditions. In the event of termination of this contract, you must immediately stop visiting and using the Site, as well as issue legal rulings or fair procedures, we may immediately revoke all passwords or other account identification methods granted to you.
We reject any visit or use of this site in whole or in part. Any revocation of this Agreement shall not affect all rights and obligations (including but not limited to payment obligations) of the parties issued prior to the termination of the contract. You agree that the Website will not be held responsible for you or any other individual as a result of suspension or termination of the Service. If you are dissatisfied with this site or any of the terms, conditions, rules, policies, guidelines or special practices in how the site is managed, then the only and exclusive action you must take is to stop using the site.
The voucher can only be used once per customer.
The customer is not allowed to buy more than one piece in the case of offers and discounts and in case the customer wants to buy more than one piece is communicating with customer service to confirm the order.
The client must have only one account on the site.
In the event that multiple accounts are created on the espressogroup website or the Customer voucher is used more than once, espressogroup is entitled to take legal action with that customer.
In the event of a breach of these laws, espressogroup legal team will deal with the client and deactivate his account and prevent him from making any requests on espressogroup.
If the customer wants to return the product due to a change of opinion / dislike of the product / there is no technical reason, in this case, the customer will pay the receipt of the reference product from him.
Please note that postal transfers will only be available for 60 days in accordance with the new post office conditions.
Temporary offers and discounts
These discounts may be stacked on only one product (unless otherwise stated).
Each view is subject to two time rules:
The first rule is to offer these discounts only during their own time as the product must be placed in the shopping cart before the time limit expires.
The second rule applies after the product is placed in the shopping cart where orders must be completed before the time of the offers ends.
You must complete your order request by clicking on the complete order from the shopping cart.
There is a limited amount of temporary offers for each product. If the product is still available on the site after the time of the temporary offers expires, the customer can purchase it at the basic espressogroup price.
Temporary offers are only good for specific featured products.
Discounts on temporary offers do not include shipping charges or taxes.
RETURN POLICY
If you return a temporary offer product, you will receive the payment for the same payment method at the time of offer, which corresponds to the return policy.
Only 14 days can be returned or exchanged if the product is in its original condition
When purchased, wrapped in original packaging and never used or opened
Products with a manufacturing defect are returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, with a purchase invoice attached to a report from the agent
The refund request will be approved within two (2) days from the date of receipt

In the case of return and payment method, the payment upon receipt is the right of the customer to refund the amount in his wallet within a maximum period of 10 days.
In the case of Installment returns, the account will be charged as a purchase balance, or deduct installment fees from the total value even if there is 0% installment Promotion depending on the Monthly fees rate.
